«Rasskazovo» residential complex is located 7 km. from Moscow Ring Road by Kievskoe or Borovskoe highway within walking distance from «Rasskazovka» subway station. At the area of 34 000 square meters, surrounded on three sides by woodland of Uliyanovskiy forest park building of residential houses with their own social infrastructure is considered.
Territory of the complex is fenced, district development approach is implemented, with yards free of vehicle traffic, and Moscow classic was taken as the base of architectural look. The first four houses were put into operation in 2016, one year ahead of schedule announced at the start of sales. Another four houses – second and third phases of the project – are implemented at the moment.
