On May 22nd an educational workshop for students of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering was held in the «Dynasty» RC under a program of facilitating industry’s talent pool formation implemented by Sezar Group. The workshop was held in the format of open tour on construction site. Sezar Group holds this event annually.
During the workshop divisional managers of the holding performed a series of practical mini-lectures on organization of building process key stages, importance of complex approach and attention to details in designing, used technologies and engineering processes specifications. Second year students of Moscow State University of Civil Engineering became participants of the workshop.
Sezar Group business director Olga Barabanova comments on this project of the company: «The task of talent pool formation is one of the priorities for our industry. Deficit of qualified professional employees in real estate segment remains strong, which requires, as we think, involvement of business in educational projects. Workshops are the format which allows an in-process conveying importance of responsible approach to the new generation of engineers, demonstrating processes scale and role of every small stage in total result, appraising significance of their professional activity for the society. We are sure that open dialog and demonstration of a showpiece construction yard at the beginning stage of profession-oriented university studies is a good motivation for progressing and formation of professional vocation».
